職位概要: 負責工程團隊的日常營運支持與管理,確保服務交付符合合約規範,同時聚焦於團隊績效優化、人才發展及客戶滿意度提升。主要職責:1. 營運管理與合約遵從- 日常營運監控: 監督團隊日常作業執行,確保所有工作嚴格遵循工作說明書(SOW)之規範與標準。
- 財務與行政控管: 負責團隊請款作業管理及費用控管,確保預算使用效率與流程合規性。
- 客戶滿意度維持: 主動管理客戶期望,及時回應並解決客戶關注之高價值問題(High-value problems),以維持高水平的客戶滿意度。
- 績效管理: 制定並追蹤團隊關鍵績效指標(KPI),確保目標達成。
- 人才發展與留任: 規劃人才發展路徑,實施有效的留任策略,並控制團隊離職率以維持組織穩定性。
- 出勤與組織優化: 管理團隊出勤狀況,並持續檢視與優化團隊組織架構,以提升運作效率。
- 執行上級指派之其他相關任務,職責範圍包含上述事項但不限於此。
- 具備設施管理 / 專案管理 / 行政管理 / 及一般管理的豐富經驗。
- 強大的領導能力,擁有經證實的商業敏銳度,以及成功管理國際業務的經驗。
- 具備設施 / 物業 / 房地產相關專業資格。
- 擁有強大的人員管理能力、多元化管理技巧及文化關係處理能力,能配合業務成長吸引並培養專業人員。
- 具備強烈的企圖心與毅力以達成目標。
- 兼具創意思維與務實態度。
