In this role, you will create, manage, and maintain high-quality technical documentation that enables customers, partners, and internal teams to effectively use and understand HPE Networking products and solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content that aligns with our commitment to innovation and customer success. What you will do :Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, configuration manuals, deployment guides, hardware installation guides, hardware reference documentation, and platform-specific quick start guides. Create and maintain documentation for networking hardware products, including physical specifications, port configurations, LED indicator references, mounting instructions, cabling guidelines, and hardware troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineers to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of content. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language that is accessible to a range of audiences, including IT professionals and non-technical users. Develop and edit high-quality hardware content using MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Adobe InDesign. Develop and edit high-quality hardware diagrams, product illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to enhance documentation clarity and usability. Manage documentation projects, including planning, content development, reviews, and publishing, while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Stay up to date on HPE Networking products, hardware platforms, and technologies to ensure documentation is accurate. Partner with other writers and SMEs to share context, align on standards, and keep content consistent across deliverables. Workflow Clarity (How Work Comes in and Gets Published): Work intake will be driven by product feature changes, bug fixes, and documentation gaps identified through the Ask AI chatbot (plus input from Engineering, Product Management, Support, and other stakeholders). You will triage requests, confirm the source of truth (for example: requirements, design docs, tickets, release notes, hardware specifications, or SME confirmation), and propose the doc update approach (what to change, where,...
