As a Senior Engineer – Microsoft 365 Messaging & Collaboration, you will design, secure, automate, and support Starbucks’ global Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration platforms, with primary focus on Exchange, Exchange Online, hybrid mail flow, and Microsoft Purview. This role partners with infrastructure, security, compliance, architecture, and business teams to keep enterprise messaging services reliable, compliant, scalable, and ready for future collaboration capabilities.As a senior engineer, you will: Engineer, administer, and support global Exchange, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments, including mail flow, transport, authentication, directory synchronization, and service reliability.Administer Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID integrations, and Purview.Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to implement Microsoft Purview governance, retention, eDiscovery, and information protection solutions.Support tenant governance, lifecycle management, service modernization, migrations, and strategic initiatives such as Microsoft Copilot.Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and related technologies to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and reporting.
