Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the health club, ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and support during their visit. You will be involved in managing health and wellness programs, memberships, and promotions, ensuring the health club remains a valuable amenity for both hotel guests and members. As a Fitness Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
- Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
- Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
- Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Fitness, or Wellness Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing fitness or wellness operations, preferably in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, wellness programming, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in hotel or wellness management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
