Accountabilities:
- Administer a portfolio of federal government contracts, task orders, delivery orders, and modifications across the full contract lifecycle, from award through closeout.
- Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR/DFARS regulations, agency requirements, and internal policies.
- Prepare, process, and maintain contractual documentation including awards, amendments, modifications, and related agreements.
- Monitor contract performance, funding, deliverables, and milestones while maintaining accurate records and documentation systems.
- Collaborate with business development, capture, finance, legal, procurement, and program teams to support contract execution and proposal activities.
- Identify contractual risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and support negotiation efforts for key agreements and teaming arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract administration matters and compliance inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in government contract administration (additional experience may substitute for degree).
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations, including FAR/DFARS, and experience managing multiple contract types.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing RFPs, administering contracts, and supporting proposals and negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and draft complex contractual documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with federal civilian agencies and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
