Accountabilities:
- Lead the execution of process and technology improvement initiatives across healthcare operations and customer programs.
- Drive operational excellence across a portfolio of client accounts by improving performance, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and executive communications.
- Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop business requirements and improvement strategies aligned with customer objectives and organizational goals.
- Perform root cause analysis and create actionable recommendations to improve operational outcomes.
- Design work instructions, training programs, and enablement materials to support adoption of new processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and transformation results.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement automation, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements.
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including automation and AI/ML solutions, to improve business processes.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure sustainable improvements and long-term value realization.
- Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, and escalation mechanisms.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or operational leadership roles within complex enterprise, multi-client, or service environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs and initiatives with executive-level visibility.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including enrollment, claims processing, and contact center environments.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Strong program management skills with experience managing timelines, resources, risks, and business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing scalable processes, governance models, and operational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
- Lean Six Sigma certification, project management training, or demonstrated experience leading large-scale improvement programs preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
- Competitive annual salary range of $189,000 - $205,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
