Accountabilities:

    The Director, Business Operations Support Enablement will lead operational improvement strategies, governance initiatives, and transformation programs that enhance performance across healthcare service operations. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and customer environments.

    • Lead the execution of process and technology improvement initiatives across healthcare operations and customer programs.
    • Drive operational excellence across a portfolio of client accounts by improving performance, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
    • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and executive communications.
    • Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop business requirements and improvement strategies aligned with customer objectives and organizational goals.
    • Perform root cause analysis and create actionable recommendations to improve operational outcomes.
    • Design work instructions, training programs, and enablement materials to support adoption of new processes.
    • Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and transformation results.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement automation, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements.
    • Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including automation and AI/ML solutions, to improve business processes.
    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure sustainable improvements and long-term value realization.
    • Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, and escalation mechanisms.
    • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, and enterprise-level programs within complex service environments. Strong healthcare operations knowledge, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

      • 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or operational leadership roles within complex enterprise, multi-client, or service environments.
      • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs and initiatives with executive-level visibility.
      • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including enrollment, claims processing, and contact center environments.
      • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
      • Strong program management skills with experience managing timelines, resources, risks, and business outcomes.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
      • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
      • Experience developing scalable processes, governance models, and operational best practices.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
      • Lean Six Sigma certification, project management training, or demonstrated experience leading large-scale improvement programs preferred.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
