We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.Key Responsibilities: Manage/assist/oversee nat gas invoicing tie-out logistics, processes, and reportingCommunicate with accounting department on investor invoice managementApprove invoices in BCManage nat gas actual vs estimate spreadsheet requiring data entryManage/assist/oversee regulatory compliance and registration Register each site as a Power Generation Company with the PUCTManage regulatory reporting logistics & routine amendments/certificationsManage Market Participants registered with ERCOT Hold User Security Administrator roleManage Retail Electric Provider invoice tracking and reportingCollaborate with entire Asset Management and Data Analytics teams Update Master Store List Submit required regulatory documents on specific cadences Coordinate with different functional teams to organize/ensure proper pass through of charges and monitor outcomesDevelop processes and tools to monitor and analyze performance and data accuracyAnalyze data and information to identify business opportunities or operational improvementsCreate diagrams, graphical representations, and dashboards to report clear dataWork closely with manager to achieve outcomes based on company goalsRecommend and update policies and procedures to improve performanceEnhance workflow and cross-departmental engagementsReview company policies and business processesKeep updated on industry and market trendsOther responsibilities as directed by supervisor Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience:Ideal 0-2 years in a professional settingBachelor’s degreeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent analytical skills and critical thinking, logical reasoningHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsMust be able to work under minimal supervisionGood interpersonal skills to work with different management levelsStrong business acumenAbility to sit in front of a computer for many hours a dayOther requirements specified by Hiring ManagerPreferred Qualifications:Ability to identify, prioritize and facilitate solving critical problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Robust communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in both technical and user-friendly language.Strong time management, organization, listening, and interpersonal skills.Ability to successfully work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment.Highly self-motivated with demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.Benefits:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company contributionWellness Programs and Incentives401(k) Retirement Plan & Company MatchPaid Time Off – Sick & Vacation TimePaid HolidaysHybrid Work ScheduleDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
