Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and application coordination.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of HR-related processes.
- Support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and people operations.
- Help improve HR processes through organized documentation and efficient coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive employee experience.
- Recently completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of employee records, HR databases, and documentation processes.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
- Monthly compensation ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹18,000 depending on candidate profile and engagement duration.
- Flexible full-time or part-time consulting options.
- Choice of Chennai-based or virtual work arrangement.
