onsemi is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter based in Roznov to manage the full recruitment lifecycle including developing active sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and supporting hiring decisions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain relationships with external talent sources. As a trusted talent acquisition partner, you will help ensure onsemi attracts and hires the skilled professionals needed to support our continued growth and innovation.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring at onsemi in the Czech Republic.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting/sourcing strategies to deliver headcount requirements within cycle time.
- Act as a Consultant to Hiring Managers on headcount planning and analysis.
- Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience.
- Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels.
- Provide recruiting support to other countries/sites whenever necessary.
- Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company.
- Other duties as may be deemed appropriate or necessary.
- MS degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment
- Experience from multinational environment
- PC skills
- Perfect English command
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
