Accountabilities:

• Provide technical application solutions and support for assigned healthcare business areas under the guidance of management.
• Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements, configure solutions, and implement system changes and fixes.
• Perform application configuration activities and generate or configure reports based on user requirements.
• Provide production support and assist with resolving technical issues escalated by service desk teams.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support materials for assigned applications.
• Follow established processes, documentation standards, and reporting practices to ensure quality and compliance.
• Analyze recurring defects, identify root causes, prioritize improvements, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
• Coordinate with project and resource managers to support delivery timelines and project objectives.
• Participate in workshops, focus groups, vendor training sessions, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in the healthcare domain.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems and applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with interface engines such as Mirth, Ensemble, eLink, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, Openlink, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with US healthcare processes and healthcare system workflows is considered a plus.
• Ability to understand operational processes, follow defined procedures, and support daily technical activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
