How you create impact

As a Sea Logistics Revenue Specialist, you play a critical role in delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused support. By ensuring billing accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams, you help drive operational excellence, support profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.

 

• Manage billing activities using client-specific quoted pricing, ensuring accuracy and completion within established service-level timelines.
• Process operational files in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Review and validate gross profit (GP) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Locations (CCLs) to obtain missing information, rates, approvals, or instructions required for timely file processing.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues that may impact billing accuracy, profitability, or customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the Systems and Process Team to support automation initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within Operational Care.
• Maintain strong communication and partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless operational experience across all locations.

What we would like you to bring

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment
• 1+ years of hands-on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, PowerQuery, etc.)
• Data visualization tool experience is a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
