Raytheon is seeking a successful candidate to be tasked with supply planning responsibilities within Surveillance Supply Planning team.
As a Supply Chain Analyst within Supply Chain Planning, you’ll drive innovation and optimization to enable business growth and strategic contributions across a broad, cross-functional landscape.
The ideal candidate must possess written, verbal and data visualization skills to synthesize and present in an effective, concise manner. The successful candidate will understand the supply chain processes in order to drive positive business outcomes through effective change management and communication skills.
This role will work closely with the material management team members, factory, supply chain and operations teams, to ensure program execution. In this role the ownership and use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
- Provide status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Work daily to confirm material supply availability.
- Prepare purchase requests for components based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
- Work with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
- Report on and troubleshoot MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system
- Expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
- Perform movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other area) as needed. Must be able to lift per RTX EHS Lifting Guidelines.
- Attend, support, and/or lead weekly program and factory meetings.
This role will be onsite at our McKinney, TX facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP Systems, and with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and environments
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing engineering ideally in a government contractor environment similar to RTX.
- Experience performing material inventory audits and movement of material within the factory and building.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, if required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Kinaxis, CMES or similar software
- Experience with complex systems and processes
- Experience applying Raytheon Core concepts to improve departmental, factory related, and cross-departmental processes.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
