Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship production software: Design, implement, test, and maintain services, applications, and tools using modern engineering practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability). Security and privacy by design: Follow Microsoft security, privacy, and compliance requirements; apply secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management. Responsible AI engineering: When building AI-enabled features, apply responsible AI principles, evaluate model and data risks, and implement appropriate safeguards and monitoring. Customer co-engineering: Work with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet agreed success metrics. Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with PM, design, data science, and domain experts to make informed tradeoffs, document decisions, and drive alignment as One Microsoft. Operate what you build: Participate in on-call/incident response as required, diagnose issues, and improve reliability through root-cause analysis and preventative fixes. Contribute to reusable assets: Create and maintain reusable components, reference implementations, and documentation to accelerate delivery across engagements. Continuous improvement: Learn, experiment, and share best practices to improve engineering velocity, quality, and customer outcomes. Model Microsoft culture and values: Work inclusively, communicate clearly, and act with integrity. QualificationsRequired/minimum qualifications Bachelor's...
