About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s excited to connect great talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter, you’ll be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to candidates, and a key contributor to building the future of our teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with top talent through multiple channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring managers in decision-making.
- Maintain accurate hiring data and provide regular insights and reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous recruitment process improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
- Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas / IT services industries preferred.
- Exposure to both white- and blue-collar hiring is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing or supporting APAC regional recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
