Role Title: Operations Supervisor

Role Purpose
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day manufacturing operations of best-in-class manufacturing operations within a semiconductor production environment. This role ensures that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements across multiple Work Centres. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Manufacturing Team Members (MTMs), support equipment and process performance, and drive continuous improvement across safety, people performance, quality, delivery and cost world class Fab.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop MTMs to achieve operational performance targets.
- Monitor work-in-progress, output, equipment availability, staffing levels, and material flow to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice expectations, ISO standards, and site operating procedures.
- Drive a strong safety culture by conducting Fab walks, reinforcing safe behaviors across the Fab, escalating hazards, and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Equipment, Process and Facilities teams to support smooth production flow and rapid issue resolution to equipment escalations.
- Review production performance data, prepare shift handover, and communicate key updates during handovers and operational meetings.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote lean manufacturing, 6S, standard work, visual management, and waste reduction across the production area.
- Manage attendance, training compliance, performance feedback, and escalation of employee relations matters in line with company procedures.

- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Power-BI and comfortable using manufacturing systems and reporting tools would be advantageous.
Working Environment
This role is based in a semiconductor manufacturing Fab and will involve working in cleanroom-controlled manufacturing Fab where you will be required to be fully gowned in adherence to Analogs’ Cleanroom protocols. The Operations Shift Supervisor will be required to work a shift pattern aligned to a 24/7 Fab.
