We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon DLF/ Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Manager/ Senior Manager- Metrics, Analytics & Reporting

We are looking to hire a Manager/ Senior Manager in the Global Business Management (Health Business)

The Project Coordinator will support Project Manager in the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of transition and operational projects across MMGS. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving by managing documentation, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up.

We will count on you to:

  • Support Project Manager in planning and delivering transition, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, meeting minutes, action items, and key documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and timelines across onshore and offshore stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
  • Help ensure project activities stay aligned to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support reporting and governance routines through accurate status updates and leadership-ready summaries.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, dashboards, and project updates for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and delivery discipline.
  • Contribute to small coordination-led initiatives and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
  • Keep project workstreams organized and moving forward.
  • Ensure project records, trackers, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up with stakeholders on actions, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Help identify and escalate risks, delays, and dependencies.
  • Support governance, communication, and reporting across project phases.
  • Assist in creating clear, concise updates for internal and senior audiences.
  • Provide reliable support to Project Managers in day-to-day project delivery.

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts

What you need to have?

  • Graduate with minimum 10+ years’ experience overall
  • 3 to 5 years + of experience in project coordination, project support, operations, transitions, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Good communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of basic project management concepts and project lifecycle
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
