Accountabilities:
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Own the end-to-end campaign build process within CRM platforms, ensuring all content, links, personalization, and targeting are thoroughly validated before launch.
- Execute, maintain, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing flows, including creative updates, audience segmentation, testing, and performance improvements.
- Manage the CRM marketing calendar by coordinating campaign schedules, tracking deadlines, and proactively communicating changes or potential delivery risks.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, creative teams, merchandising, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
- Conduct campaign QA, A/B testing, and channel-level performance analysis to identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve operational processes and subscriber experiences by identifying workflow efficiencies and supporting lifecycle marketing best practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns using CRM or email marketing platforms such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, marketing, and project management teams.
- Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering engaging, personalized subscriber experiences.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage but is not required.
- Interest in healthcare, telehealth, or healthcare benefits is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 USD.
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%.
