Maintenance process coach specialist in facilities, mechanical and electromechanical equipment for building utilities. Ensure current building, facilities and equipment preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance according to ford motor company standards.
Ensure the preventive maintenance for building and facilities equipment by working aligned to ford maintenance operative system (MOS) in a proactive way looking to improve PMs, EMs, CMs, PDs in order to have 100% of equipment availability and reliability. Aligned to MOS and improve over processes to level up LMM (lean maturity model) and at the same time proactive in Safety strategies and maintenance Cost efficiencies.
Responsible of proper building and facilities systems and equipment and as preventive maintenance as well such as chillers, cooling towers, compressors, dryers, air handling unit, water treatment plant, kitchen equipment, boilers, illumination, substations, electrical equipment, plant material handling vehicles shop, tool room shop, total fluid management, general building labors.
Ensure all equipment has its own detailed and checked preventive maintenance and is available and reliable for plant operation. Look forward for new technologies and innovation strategies that ensure a precision and effective maintenance plan.
Ensure operation of building and facilities equipment through a maintenance group by coaching and mentoring them in order to deliver an outstanding equipment operation and functionality .
Work together with staff engineers in facility health assessment projects and obsolescence projects in order to rehab, upgrade and improve equipment functionality.
Keep critical spare parts in stock and looking for cost efficiency by leading planning skill trades. Ensure maintenance group keep trained and updated to new technologies and new equipment. Work along with launch and project groups for scrubbing building and facilities equipment.
Lead and participate in local and national committee looking to innovate, learn best practices. Contribute to reach and continuously improve the performance indicators of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance and Enviromental.

Bachelor degreed: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial (candidate must proof experience)
Maintenance systems and execution experience
Microsoft Office
SAP preferred
Work with multidisciplinary areas (mechanical, electrical, environmental)
Costs and budgets
Proactive, negotiation skills, organization.
Creative and focus to details, Problem solver and initiative
Construction supervision/ Maintenance experience and leading execution groups is a plus.
