Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience.
The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will support the ongoing configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Learning and Talent modules. This role will partner with HR, Technology, and Oracle support teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, enhance user experiences, and ensure operational excellence across the HCM platform.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle HCM functional and technical knowledge, experience with reporting and configuration tools, and a passion for delivering secure, reliable, and data-driven HR solutions.
- Support and enhance Oracle HCM Learning and Talent Management solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Configure and support user experiences through Page Composer and Visual Builder Studio.
- Administer and troubleshoot Alerts Composer functionality; JavaScript and HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Support data loads, data maintenance, and integrations using HDL and HSDL.
- Utilize SQL to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation activities.
- Monitor system processes, integrations, and scheduled jobs to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and partner with Oracle support and third-party vendors to resolve product issues.
- Support Oracle HCM security configuration, role management, and access governance activities.
- Participate in testing, release management, and environment promotion activities following SDLC best practices.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules.
- Strong reporting expertise using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL and Oracle HCM configuration tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security concepts, role configuration, and access controls.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot data issues.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working directly with vendors and managing Oracle Service Requests.
- Understanding of SDLC concepts, including environment promotion, testing, and Git repository fundamentals.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Dynamic Skills.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio or AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) integration concepts.
- Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, and Oracle Visual Builder Studio development.
