Your role and responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager for Cloud Platform Portfolio, you will drive use cases, deployment, and value realization for IBM's Cloud Platform products. This role involves supporting adoption and motivating client usage, leading to upsell opportunities and renewal conversations for various Cloud Platform products. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Support Client Adoption: Support clients in adopting and deploying Cloud Platform products, including Cloud Object Storage, VPC Offerings, and IaaS Classic, to drive business value and ensure successful implementation. • Drive Value Realization: Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize use cases, develop strategies to realize value from Cloud Platform products, and measure progress toward business objectives. • Motivate Client Usage: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide guidance on best practices to increase product adoption and usage, ultimately driving upsell opportunities and renewal conversations. • Lead Upsell and Renewal Conversations: Leverage client relationships and product knowledge to identify and pursue upsell opportunities, and lead renewal conversations to ensure continued client engagement and revenue growth. • Deliver Solution Value: Apply knowledge of Cloud Platform products to deliver solutions that meet client needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration of products such as SAP Rise, VMware Managed and Solutions, and Cloud Security Services. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise • Cloud Platform Product Knowledge: Exposure to Cloud Platform products, including Cloud Object Storage, VPC Offerings, IaaS Classic, and other related offerings, with an understanding of their features and capabilities. • Use Case Development: Experience working with clients to identify and prioritize use cases for Cloud Platform products, with the ability to develop strategies to realize value and measure progress toward business objectives. • Technical Solution Delivery: Exposure to delivering solutions that meet client needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Cloud Platform products such as SAP Rise, VMware Managed and Solutions, and Cloud Security Services. • Client Relationship Management: Experience working with clients to foster strong relationships, understand their needs, and provide guidance on best practices to increase product adoption and usage. • Cloud Platform Adoption: Exposure to supporting clients in adopting and deploying Cloud Platform products, with an understanding of the key factors that drive successful implementation and business value.
