This group consists of both functional and technical experts supporting the planning and procurement business functions. The team is responsible for supporting BRP’s operations and strategy by ensuring operational continuity, delivering continuous value and optimizing application portfolio. We are looking for smart, independent, and motivated individuals who are excited to be part of an exciting growth journey. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SAP IBP and P2P professionals engaged in programs, project implementations, small improvements delivery and application support.Ensure effective coordination between squads, drive continuous improvement in delivery and support operations across geographies Serve as an escalation point for critical issues or team blockersProvide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation and investments and expert knowledge in SAP IBP and P2P and ecosystemWork with projects managers, team leads, architects, product owners and subject matter experts to estimate effort required to deliver projects/small improvements.Works with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement activities. Develop relationships with key business partners/users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution. Accountable for application lifecycle management and optimization of the solutions in your portfolio to ensure the business achieves maximum value from their technology investments.Ensures budgeting and planning for lifecycle activities and licenses for products in the application portfolio. Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountabilitySuggest improvements for the solutions maintenance/operation. YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:University degree or equivalent by experienceMinimum 8 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in the following SAP modules: IBP, P2P Minimum 2 years in managing SAP functional teams and leading SAP project delivery workstreamsDemonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP Ariba, SAP IBP and P2P functionalities and integration with MM and SD and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practicesExperience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)Experience working with third-party integrations with SAPSolid understanding of S4 HANA processes and/or SAP ECCHigh-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration Experience with international and large-scale projectsTraining skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peersDynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical support escalationsExperience managing professional services contracts and contractors.Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realitiesYou’re able to work in English (written and oral) ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
