Accountabilities:

    • Define and own the enterprise-wide platform architecture vision, including target state design, technical strategy, sequencing, and engineering standards across large-scale transformation programs.
    • Architect cloud-native platforms that enable scalable workloads, self-service capabilities, secure operations, and compliant system growth across enterprise environments.
    • Design and guide enterprise CI/CD strategies, including pipeline standardization, toolchain rationalization, and governance models that enable continuous delivery at scale.
    • Establish DevSecOps and observability frameworks that transform how organizations build, monitor, and secure systems in production.
    • Develop end-to-end technical roadmaps that bridge current-state architectures to future-state platforms while balancing risk, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
    • Lead and influence multi-stream engineering organizations of 30–40+ engineers, ensuring alignment between architecture, execution, and transformation goals.
    • Partner with executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Chief Architects) to align platform strategy with enterprise objectives and long-term modernization plans.
    • Identify risks early and proactively shape technical direction to prevent delivery issues and ensure successful transformation outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, enterprise architecture, or senior technical leadership roles driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
      • Proven experience leading and influencing complex engineering organizations of 30–40+ engineers across multi-workstream programs.
      • Strong background in enterprise platform architecture, including cloud-native systems, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure-as-code environments.
      • Deep expertise in CI/CD systems at enterprise scale, including pipeline standardization, governance, and delivery optimization.
      • Experience building observability, reliability, and DevSecOps practices across large engineering organizations.
      • Demonstrated ability to design and execute platform transformation roadmaps adopted across multiple teams and business units.
      • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to executive leadership (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect).
      • Strong understanding of AI-enabled systems and experience integrating AI into production workflows, platforms, or developer tooling.
      • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to align technical strategy with business outcomes.
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship and open to 25–50% travel.
