Accountabilities:

    The Principal of Marketing Automation will serve as the technical authority for marketing automation, leading platform strategy, governance, and campaign execution while advancing AI-enabled marketing capabilities. Responsibilities include:

    • Architect and execute sophisticated cross-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo and an integrated marketing technology stack.
    • Own the administration, governance, and scalability of the marketing automation platform, including naming conventions, folder structures, documentation, and operational standards.
    • Design, implement, and optimize lead lifecycle management, lead scoring models, nurturing programs, and customer journey automation.
    • Introduce AI and agentic automation into campaign execution, audience segmentation, workflow automation, personalization, and operational processes.
    • Develop and optimize email marketing programs using dynamic content, behavioral segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies.
    • Manage CRM integrations, data synchronization, platform connectivity, and marketing technology integrations to ensure reliable campaign execution.
    • Maintain database health, email deliverability, data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance.
    • Build reporting frameworks, attribution models, dashboards, and KPI analysis to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
    • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and AI capabilities, leading proof-of-concept initiatives and platform enhancements.
    • Mentor junior team members, establish best practices, and promote operational excellence across the marketing organization.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with deep platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for AI-driven marketing innovation. Qualifications include:

      • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation with ownership of large-scale cross-channel campaigns.
      • Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform, including administration, governance, and optimization.
      • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, large language models, or agentic workflows to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
      • Strong expertise in lead lifecycle management, audience segmentation, lead scoring, email marketing, campaign automation, and customer journey orchestration.
      • Experience managing CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce, ensuring seamless synchronization and data integrity.
      • Advanced knowledge of Marketo capabilities, including LaunchPoint integrations, Smart Campaigns, Flow Actions, Munchkin tracking, Custom Objects, dynamic content, and scripting tokens.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience designing A/B and multivariate testing strategies, interpreting campaign performance data, and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
      • Excellent understanding of data governance, email deliverability, consent management, and marketing operations best practices.
      • Exceptional communication, documentation, collaboration, and mentoring abilities with experience working across marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams.
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Marketo Certified Expert certification is preferred.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $112,600 USD, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
