Accountabilities:
- Develop structured diagnostic approaches for mechanical, electrical, and software-related technical concerns.
- Analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions to service personnel.
- Deliver remote troubleshooting and technical assistance through phone and online support channels.
- Document conditions, causes, and corrective actions clearly within service management systems.
- Coach and support service teams by sharing technical knowledge and improving troubleshooting capabilities.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal and external technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service performance indicators and operational processes.
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software systems, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a post-secondary program focused on motorcycle diagnostics and repair preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a motorcycle maintenance and repair technician.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and determine effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience achieving advanced technician recognition or equivalent industry certification is preferred.
