Accountabilities:

    As an Executive Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and supporting commercial growth initiatives within the healthcare sector.

    • Identify target accounts and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and ethical selling standards.
    • Drive territory growth by developing market opportunities, improving targeting approaches, and supporting appropriate reimbursement practices.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and key stakeholders.
    • Use approved educational materials, scientific resources, and presentations to effectively communicate product value.
    • Provide accurate sales activity reporting, pipeline tracking, and territory forecasts according to established timelines.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, product developments, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
    • Share marketplace insights and strategic opportunities with internal teams to support business growth.
    • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, travel and expense guidelines, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
    • Support training initiatives, professional education programs, and mentorship activities for field teams.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify continuous improvement opportunities and strengthen sales effectiveness.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support organizational objectives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong understanding of medical devices, tissue technologies, and customer-focused commercial strategies.

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience required.
      • Strong preference for candidates with wound care sales experience.
      • 5+ years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, tissue biologics, or related healthcare industries preferred.
      • Experience with operating room, surgical, or VAC-related submissions and procedures required.
      • Experience with skin substitutes or advanced wound care products is highly preferred.
      • Previous experience working within startup or mid-sized organizations is advantageous.
      • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, and reimbursement environments.
