We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesMinimum 3 years of contract-related experience, preferably in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support rolesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointExperience managing the end-to-end contract process from drafting through executionExperience working with Salesforce CRM and/or ApttusStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducationUndergraduate or first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or another relevant fieldResponsibilitiesThe Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while supporting sales and internal stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals, supporting a dedicated sales teamAdvise on optimal commercial approaches during sales pipeline reviews, setting expectations and proactively addressing contractual risksAnalyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing, cross-selling, and renewal proposalsIndependently draft Tier 1 sales contracts, delivering compliant, win-win solutions for both the business and clientsExercise sound judgment throughout contract drafting and negotiation to resolve issues and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley complianceLeverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline contract processes, and drive operational efficiencyCollaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contractsMaintain accurate client data in CRM and related systems, and complete primary reviews of executed contracts to ensure compliance prior to order submissionAbout the TeamThe global...
