Accountabilities:
- Represent the organization at national healthcare conferences, tradeshows, and industry events to build awareness, establish relationships, and generate qualified opportunities.
- Own partnership-driven revenue goals and convert event interactions, market opportunities, and business conversations into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, investors, and strategic industry stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing partners, managing communications, alignment, and relationship growth.
- Create and execute strategic partnership plans based on market trends, industry insights, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives, and new revenue channels within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize the impact of industry events and partnership programs.
- Support partner onboarding processes and ensure successful transition from opportunity development to ongoing collaboration.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Experience developing and closing high-value business partnerships.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage healthcare executives, administrators, and industry leaders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to represent an organization professionally at conferences, tradeshows, and external events.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze partnership performance, manage pipelines, and use data to guide decisions.
