Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleDevelop and maintain robust manufacturing processes while continuously driving yield and quality improvements to achieve established KPIsTake ownership of and drive timely closure of 8D reports related to FAR, MRB, DDM, and SCAR, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actionsLead and actively participate in yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives to support operational excellenceFoster a high-performance culture by demonstrating strong teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to achieving outstanding resultsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science / Semiconductor Technology, or any equivalent courseMinimum 5 years of related experience in Front-Of-Line (FOL), End-Of-Line (EOL), or Plating Process Engineering, preferably within a Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing environmentStrong analytical, statistical data analysis, and problem-solving skills Proactive and capable of anticipating potential issues and challenges, while implementing timely and effective solutionsSound knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on understanding of relevant production equipmentProficient in structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), Fishbone Analysis, and related techniquesGood understanding of production operations with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationKnowledge of first-level reliability, including failure modes, product applications, reliability requirements, and industry-standard testing methodologiesDemonstrates a high-performance mindset, strong teamwork, and a commitment to achieving excellence in a collaborative work environment#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
