What are we looking for? Key responsibilities include: - Driving project execution and coordination, including planning, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery - Supporting client communication, status reporting, and action tracking - Collaborating cross-functionally with medical writers and operations teams - Ensuring compliance, documentation, and audit readiness - Adhering to established processes and identifying improvement opportunities - Tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as timelines and task completion We are looking for an MBBS/BDS professional with 5–7 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of non-promotional content and solid project management capabilities. This role will act as the primary point of contact for briefing intake and discussions, manage Q&A during change rounds, support designers by addressing queries, and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs in collaboration with the QC team.
