Accountabilities:

    • Review incoming requests, identify requirements, and determine the appropriate steps and methodologies to complete each task efficiently.
    • Analyze and process data using Excel and internal software tools to apply requested updates and improvements.
    • Clean, standardize, and maintain automotive parts data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
    • Validate completed work by reviewing results and confirming data quality before delivery.
    • Update databases using proprietary platforms and follow established data management procedures.
    • Track project statistics, document outcomes, and communicate results clearly through internal ticketing systems.
    • Apply critical thinking and analytical methods to handle varying levels of data quality and completeness.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data processing workflows.
    • Requirements:

      • High school diploma required; additional education in data analysis, statistics, information management, or a related field is considered an asset.
      • 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, data management, cataloging, or a related field.
      • Basic knowledge of Excel, data analysis techniques, and statistical concepts.
      • Ability to perform data cleaning, preparation, exploration, and validation tasks with accuracy.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within large datasets.
      • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze problems and determine effective solutions.
      • Adaptability and cognitive flexibility to work with changing priorities and different levels of data complexity.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and sharing results.
      • Familiarity with automotive parts terminology, industry acronyms, and data standards such as ACES and PIES is considered an advantage.
      • Experience using tools such as Excel, database management platforms, ticketing systems, or similar software is a plus.
