Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure employees contribute to strategic objectives and business performance.
- Manage workforce planning and staffing initiatives, ensuring teams have the right talent, capabilities, and organizational structure to support growth.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives by creating an environment where people are motivated, productive, and committed to long-term success.
- Implement and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics, employee feedback, engagement metrics, turnover data, and business needs.
- Support managers with coaching, people-related decisions, and the implementation of effective leadership practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and continuously improve the employee experience across distributed international teams.
- 4+ years of successful experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, technology, or product-focused company.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, learning and development, performance evaluation, succession planning, and termination processes.
- Proven ability to manage HR metrics such as payroll budgets, employee engagement, retention, turnover, and workforce efficiency, with measurable examples of business impact.
- Practical experience with compensation and benefits processes, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong persistence, ownership, and the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working with numbers, business goals, and performance indicators to support strategic decisions.
- High resilience, adaptability, and confidence working in uncertain or complex situations.
- Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
