Accountabilities:
- Coordinate partnership campaigns from content creation through publication, ensuring projects move forward according to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with editorial teams, external writers, analysts, and content creators to manage reviews, updates, and final deliverables.
- Track campaign progress, follow up on pending actions, and proactively address operational challenges.
- Manage and maintain the advertising platform as the internal point of contact, including campaign setup, configuration, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure platform accuracy by maintaining campaign structures, naming conventions, inventory, and operational processes.
- Prepare monthly campaign performance reports, client-facing presentations, and post-campaign analysis documentation.
- Support partnership and sales activities through preparation of proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure expectations are managed and campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Experience in account management, partnerships, campaign operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and operational tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms or the ability to quickly learn and manage new digital tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or marketing automation software such as Braze is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports, interpret campaign performance data, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Interest in financial markets, investing, digital products, or SaaS businesses is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
