Role responsibilities
The Senior Operations Enablement Manager will lead the coordination of field pilot programs and serve as the primary contact between field operations and home office teams. They will also partner with Learning & Development to ensure training programs are aligned with operational needs.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in operations or program management. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and strong analytical skills are also required.
