This position is for an IIOT & Constraints Management Engineer for Final Assembly. Engineer will be assigned multiple projects/plants for IIOT implementation and migration away from the legacy FIS systems in final assembly.

Roll-out new versions to DOMs and Plant Personnel
Assist plants with developing & interpreting Executive Throughput Packages
Review plant Executive Throughput Packages during bi-weekly FAE Constraint Review

Any Significant FAE Issues/Losses
Support/Develop and maintain the Executive Throughput Package Pro Forma, including all Single Point Lessons and attachments
Maintain & update IIOT/FIS materials, Productivity Operating Process / Constraint Management web based training for FAE.
Maintain Productivity Operating Process SharePoint website for Final Assembly documentation
Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and Factory Information System (FIS)
Evaluate program assumptions and provide FIS cost estimates for new model program cost studies based on latest FIS Specification and Lessons Learned.
o New Process Control Board Requirements
o Process Control Boards at end of Useful Life
o New Tooling Assets
o New Conveyor Assets
o Rebalance Configurations (assets & PCBs)
o Asset reporting validation and revalidation
o Provide IT with initial estimate of drop counts, asset counts, & server
counts
o Develop initial SOW for FIS Integrators & FIS Launch Managers with a complete list of assets (tooling & conveyor) and Process Control Boards

You'll have...
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) or Factory Information System (FIS)
Need a go getter attitude who can problem solve and work autonomously

Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updates
Coordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model Programs
Ensure FIS is aligned with each plant's simulation model.
Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regions
Review and approve ACRs for FIS Applications

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300., This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
