Manufacturing Operator 2

The Operator Level 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of production activities and comfortably support and train out an entire product line within the Capital Fertility Equipment Portfolio at Falmouth. This will be done in accordance with Production Orders, routings, and approved Work Instructions.

 

The role requires consistent application of quality standards, effective time management, and the ability to identify and escalate process or quality issues.

Experience: Typically, 6–18 months manufacturing experience, or equivalent demonstrated competence.

Education: Secondary school education or equivalent

• Competent use of work instructions, drawings, and routings
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
