Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end UAM deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA releases, ensuring alignment with program milestones, governance requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage deployment execution across all phases, including planning, testing, cutover preparation, go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Analysts, providing guidance, setting priorities, and supporting professional growth and performance management.
- Ensure deployment readiness by overseeing persona design, testing activities, provisioning readiness, and hypercare planning.
- Drive planning, prioritization, dependency management, issue resolution, and risk escalation across deployment activities.
- Oversee authorization design quality reviews and compliance health checks to ensure alignment with access governance standards and regulatory expectations.
- Manage cutover activities, including role transport sequencing, provisioning plans, emergency access procedures, and stakeholder coordination.
- Supervise hypercare support activities, ensuring timely issue resolution, root cause analysis, and smooth transition to operational teams.
- Monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks, sensitive access concerns, and mitigation plans within regulated environments.
- Establish and communicate deployment KPIs, management reports, and performance metrics related to readiness, defects, risks, and stabilization progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned to strengthen methodologies, governance models, controls, and deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate extensively with business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience within international organizations.
- At least 5 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in business role design, SAP security concepts, and user access management processes.
- Proven experience managing ERP deployment programs and complex transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of global template design and sophisticated enterprise system landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with compliance requirements such as SOX, GxP, IT controls, and privacy regulations.
- Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, identity management tools, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk mitigation, remediation processes, and rule set maintenance.
- Experience with data analysis, data migration, and conversion activities.
- Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and execution leadership skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams effectively within virtual and hybrid environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
