The Opportunity

Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Director, Enterprise Sales will lead revenue and key strategy for Adobe’s Experience Cloud enterprise business in the West Region of the US. This senior leader will be a mentor, as well as a coach, and a true evangelist for the needs of the business. 

What you’ll do 

This sales executive will be responsible for our Digital Experience Cloud solutions, including our newest AI products, and for successful achievement of revenue growth in the West Region. This is a clear revenue/quota carrying role and the incumbent and their team will sell into Enterprise customers who have a significant footprint with Adobe and are on their digital marketing transformation journey. 

Aligning with Adobe’s overall strategy, this senior sales leader will define and implement the revenue strategy for the Adobe Experience Cloud solution suite as well as: 

·       Build relationships with and act as an executive sponsor to top customers including CEOs, CMOs, CTO’s, CIOs through a proper and implementable go to market plan.  

·       Demonstrate thought leadership, grasp of macro-economic environment and understanding of customer landscape to provide strategic advisement to customers, partners, and Adobe’s product organization. 

·       Lead, coach and mentor a high performing sales organization that includes first line leaders and account executives to ensure the execution of sales leads both self-sourced, via Marketing and Partner eco-system. 

·       Establish regional strategy and guidance to a broad ecosystem of resources. Drive cross-functional process improvement and development of best practices through collaboration and feedback. 

·       Be the voice of Adobe for DX and drive adoption of DX products in newer market areas and industry segments, including understanding of our powerful AI products and how they fit into a customer’s digital transformation journey. 

·       Be a world class operator of the business including forecasting, deal inspection, and business reviews. 

What you'll need to succeed 

·       15+ years of experience, proven record of consistently overachieving sales quota 

·       A consistent track record to deliver on results & priorities, an ability to work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership 

·       Deep experience in Software and Solution Sales, including Cloud based and SaaS Solutions. Knowledge of AI solutions and how they fit into an overall digital marketing transformation. 

·       Ability to develop and maintain senior relationships, and a high degree of responsiveness and integrity. 

·       Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing high performance talent and creating a culture of accountability and winning. 

·       A passion for sales and storytelling, with strong executive presentation and communication skills, aligned with a successful proven track record in solution sales.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $316,600 -- $529,625 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 



In California, the pay range for this position is $365,800 - $529,625
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $342,800 - $496,400
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $355,700 - $515,150


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
