Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Configure and maintain Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge to support SLA compliance.
- Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, managing community user experiences, page layouts, and sharing rules for external/partner/customer users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and third-party integrations.
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
- Partner with support/customer service leadership and product team to translate business requirements into scalable Service Cloud and community solutions.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivering user stories on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, Entitlements/Milestones, and CTI/telephony integrations
- Proven experience building and configuring Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites, including template selection, custom Lightning components, page layouts, and sharing/security models for external users
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles) and how these apply differently to internal vs. external (community) users
- Experience with DevOps version control tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps best practices, including sandbox management and change set/metadata deployment strategies
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Live Agent/Chat, or Digital Engagement channels is a plus
Required Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Service Cloud Consultant and/or Experience Cloud Consultant
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator (a plus)
