Senior Analyst - Sourcing & Procurement

Duties & responsibilities
This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management & Procurement and involves supporting Procurement team in Asia Pacific Region to construct schedules of a contract, reviewing Supplier departures, and liaising with legal. Developing and updating key tools and resources to support the business will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients
- Facilitate contract requests via a centralised contract register, managing incoming requests to prioritise workload and meet client timeframes.
- Provide guidance to the business on key contractual considerations, in collaboration with legal and the support team.
- Monitor expiring contracts and notify the business, engaging Sourcing & Procurement as required to identify any resourcing needs.
- Review supplier departures, without negotiating with vendors.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to achieve the best outcome for JLL and its clients.
- Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates
- Proactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships with stakeholders to achieve value-based outcomes, minimise risk to JLL, and support the achievement of business goals.
The Analyst will be measured against the following key objectives:
- Provide support to the Procurement team in the Asia Pacific region.
- Monitor and deliver timely requests to meet business demands.
- Manage multiple competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail.

- Monitor third-party risk related to contract set-up, with support from the local team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal customers, management, and peers.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and logs of correspondence and documentation.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, following up where necessary.
- Support ad-hoc projects.

- Work experience in customer support, handling both call and email requests.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of service providers, client representatives, and JLL stakeholders.
- A good eye for detail
- Sound written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to manage ambiguity and complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables daily
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in MS Excel and analytical and reporting capabilities.
