Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted point of contact.
- Engage directly with client teams to understand their operational workflows, challenges, and business priorities.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions by guiding customers through change management and embedding new processes into daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to expand solution usage across additional teams, stakeholders, and business use cases.
- Monitor account health, product engagement, and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing risks and support needs.
- Develop internal champions within customer organizations to accelerate adoption and long-term success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and action plans within CRM systems.
- Gather customer feedback, insights, and success stories to contribute to continuous improvement and broader organizational learning.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, account management, business development, or another client-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Natural curiosity and the ability to quickly understand customer operations and business challenges.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the willingness to become a subject matter expert.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-up activities effectively.
