Accountabilities:

    As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Associates and oversee critical operational workflows that directly impact customer delivery and business performance. You will combine strong leadership, analytical thinking, and process improvement skills to ensure operational goals are achieved while supporting long-term scalability.

    • Own a key area of the supply chain, including projects, operational improvements, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor a team of 3–7 Operations Associates, helping them achieve performance goals and grow professionally.
    • Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage communications with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle escalations, resolve logistical challenges, and identify solutions to improve workflows.
    • Establish, monitor, and improve team metrics to measure performance and operational success.
    • Ensure business goals and service-level expectations are consistently achieved.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members and leadership to support alignment and development.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase operational impact.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable managing teams, making independent decisions, and solving complex operational challenges.

      • 5+ years of experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
      • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve positive business results.
      • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
      • Experience managing teams and motivating individuals toward shared goals.
      • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with strong execution abilities.
      • Proactive approach with a willingness to challenge processes and find improvements.
      • Adaptability and openness to change in a rapidly evolving environment.
      • Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
