Accountabilities:
- Own a key area of the supply chain, including projects, operational improvements, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–7 Operations Associates, helping them achieve performance goals and grow professionally.
- Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage communications with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalations, resolve logistical challenges, and identify solutions to improve workflows.
- Establish, monitor, and improve team metrics to measure performance and operational success.
- Ensure business goals and service-level expectations are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members and leadership to support alignment and development.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase operational impact.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve positive business results.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience managing teams and motivating individuals toward shared goals.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong execution abilities.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to challenge processes and find improvements.
- Adaptability and openness to change in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
