You'll own real accounting processes from day one and help us build better ones.What you'll work onInvoice and expense review — Check incoming invoices and travel expense claims for accuracy and completenessDATEV pre-entry — Record receipts and documents in DATEV Unternehmen OnlinePayment runs and account monitoring — Prepare payment runs and track account movementsDocumentation and filing — Maintain clean, reliable records of receipts and invoicesCandis tool management — Own the day-to-day operation of our expense and approval toolTax advisor liaison — Act as the link between our tax advisory firm and the office teamAI and digitalisation projects — Help apply AI tools to make accounting more efficient; bring ideas on how we workBroader finance support — Support fund reporting, controlling, and annual reportsWhat you bringEnrolled in accounting, finance, or business, with prior hands-on experience (internship or working student role)Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals — debits, credits, bookkeepingFamiliarity with DATEV and tools like Candis, or the willingness to learn fastDetail-oriented and precise — in accounting, the small things matterSelf-directed and ownership-minded — you take tasks to completion without being chasedCurious about AI and automation in financeFluent in German and EnglishCommunicative, reliable, and happy to be the backbone of the teamApply for this Job
