Responsibilities

The Integration Manager provides operational leadership, synchronization expertise, and strategic direction for Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Information Operations (IO) planning across joint, interagency, and multinational environments. The role ensures campaigns, series, and products are coherently designed, aligned with commander objectives, and executed in a way that effectively influences target audiences while maintaining compliance with security, classification, and release authorities. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Operational integration leadership — Lead integration and management of IO and PSYOP planning functions across joint, interagency, and multinational partners. 
  • Campaign planning & execution — Direct teams responsible for developing and executing campaigns, series, and products informed by intelligence preparation, target audience analysis, and behavioral influence methodologies. 
  • Functional area oversight — Coordinate standards and oversight, effects measurement, campaign design, specialist branch integration, and strategic messaging processes based on mission priorities. 
  • Governance & resource allocation — Establish governance structures, allocate resources, enforce planning standards, ensure compliance with OPSEC, classification guidance, and release authorities. 
  • Assessment & measurement — Guide development and application of MOE/MOP using systems such as DCGS, JWICS, and CIDNE to evaluate operational impact and inform decision making. 
  • Cross command synchronization — Synchronize campaign execution across operational lines of effort by coordinating with Combatant Commands, interagency partners, and multinational elements. 
  • Production workflow integration — Direct integration of print, broadcast, and digital production workflows to ensure scalable delivery across high tempo operations. 
  • Strategic advising — Advise senior leadership on strategic risks, resource allocation, operational adjustments, and decisions that impact mission effectiveness and throughput. 
  • Operational continuity — Maintain alignment and continuity across multiple concurrent operational cycles, ensuring consistent messaging and synchronized effects. 

 

 This position is contingent on award of contract.  

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI active clearance  
  • Years of Exp/Degree: 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD 
  • Operational integration expertise — IO/PSYOP planning, campaign synchronization, governance structures. 
  • Assessment & measurement proficiency — MOE/MOP development, DCGS, JWICS, CIDNE. 
  • Influence operations knowledge — Target audience analysis, behavioral influence methodologies, strategic messaging. 
  • Production workflow management — Print, broadcast, digital content integration. 
  • Cross functional coordination — Joint, interagency, and multinational synchronization. 
  • Strategic communication — Advising senior leaders, identifying risks, shaping operational adjustments.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
