Accountabilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for workshops, webinars, and training programs, including intake, scheduling, registration, invoicing, and follow-up support
- Manage program communications channels, triaging requests and ensuring timely routing to the appropriate team members
- Oversee public and on-demand webinar programs, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent participant experience
- Track and maintain deliverables for grants, contracts, and strategic partnerships using project management tools and internal systems
- Support leadership with reporting, briefing materials, and documentation for funders and partner engagements
- Draft scopes of work, assist with contract preparation, and ensure operational alignment across agreements and deliverables
- Maintain and improve internal databases and systems (e.g., CRM and project tracking tools), ensuring high data quality and usability
- Analyze program data and contribute to reporting and performance insights for leadership decision-making
- Support the development and refinement of operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, program support, or administrative roles within nonprofit, advocacy, or public interest organizations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience coordinating events, trainings, or stakeholder-facing programs end-to-end
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., EveryAction, ClickUp, or similar platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs and documentation
- Analytical mindset with ability to track data, generate reports, and support operational decision-making
- Proactive, collaborative working style with adaptability in fast-paced environments

- Salary range: $78,275 – $86,785 (union-backed compensation structure)
