We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies3-6 years of proven technology experience as a DevOps Engineer.Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure; Experience working with AWS CloudFormation, RDS, EC2, IAM and corresponding Azure services.Proficient in version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.Strong skills in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).Familiarity with for monitoring, alerting, and logging. Experience with tools like AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent.Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud and DevOps environments.Experience of security tools and integrating DevSecOps practices into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure consistent testing.Understanding of secure infrastructure practices, identity and access management, and encryption.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effective teamwork.Proficiency in Groovy, Perl and JavaScript is a plus.Good understanding of artificial intelligence, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve DevOps processes and drive efficiency.Education Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required.ResponsibilitiesAs the DevOps Engineer within the Asset Management technology teams, you will collaborate with global colleagues to develop and enhance our leading products in the Structured Finance area.
