Accountabilities:

    • Own the product strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and execution plans for a device data and performance platform that supports multiple business functions and stakeholders.
    • Define scalable approaches for integrating data from diverse hardware partners, including solar, battery, HVAC, and emerging energy technology systems.
    • Lead the development of integration frameworks, data models, API contracts, and transformation processes that create reliable and accessible device intelligence.
    • Partner with engineering teams to improve data quality, platform reliability, ingestion performance, monitoring capabilities, and operational scalability.
    • Establish standards, documentation, and self-service capabilities that enable internal teams to effectively use and extend the platform.
    • Develop performance monitoring and alerting solutions that transform raw device signals into actionable insights for operations, service teams, and customers.
    • Shape consumer-facing data experiences by ensuring energy production and usage information is accurate, understandable, and valuable.
    • Manage cross-functional priorities, align stakeholders, and communicate product decisions clearly across business and technical teams.
    • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve product discovery, team efficiency, and platform capabilities.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to data platforms, external integrations, IoT, hardware-connected products, or technical infrastructure.
      • Proven experience managing integration strategies, vendor or partner relationships, and complex technical roadmaps.
      • Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, data transformation concepts, monitoring systems, and operational intelligence solutions.
      • Experience using data to guide decisions, measure impact, and validate product opportunities, with SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical skills preferred.
      • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with detailed execution, including writing clear requirements and managing delivery cycles.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and navigate complex dependencies.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
      • Curiosity about how hardware, software systems, and data infrastructure work together to solve real-world problems.
      • Experience in energy, clean technology, or hardware-adjacent industries is a plus.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment, embrace ambiguity, and build new products from the ground up.
