About the role:

The Senior Data Analyst serves as a strategic analytics partner to Product leaders, leveraging advanced analytics to identify drivers of customer engagement, adoption, retention, and client value. This role moves beyond reporting to influence product strategy through predictive insights, product analytics, and data driven recommendations.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead advanced analyses to identify drivers of customer engagement, retention, and product success

  • Apply statistical techniques including regression modelling, hypothesis testing, segmentation, forecasting, and A/B testing

  • Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, and behavioral data across digital platforms

  • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support product strategy and decision-making

  • Partner with Product leaders to define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks

  • Design executive dashboards and automate reporting solutions

  • Drive data quality and governance initiatives across multiple data sources

  • Mentor analysts and lead complex analytical projects

What You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related quantitative discipline. Master's degree preferred

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytics functions

  • SQL, Power BI, and Python skills

  • Hands - on experience with regression analysis, predictive modelling, experimentation, and statistical analysis

  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mix panel, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of event tracking, funnel analysis, customer journey analytics, and product usage measurement

  • Experience influencing business decisions through analytics and executive storytelling

  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

  • Advanced Analytics experience preferred (regression modelling, hypothesis testing, product analytics, AI-assisted analytics etc.)

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Product-led growth (PLG) metrics

  • SaaS engagement and adoption analytics

  • Customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis

  • Digital engagement measurement

  • Feature adoption and retention analysis
