Don’t just do a job; be part of an extraordinary life!   We are currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused Nurse to join our team. Our Nurse team provides direct nursing care to our resident senior citizens, and helps to oversee the caregiving efforts of our Quality of Life Specialists/Caregivers to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care. 
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care according to physicians' orders and in compliance with recognized nursing practices, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle with residents.
  • Identify and report changes in residents' medical and behavioral condition. Participate in the development and monitoring of resident care plans according to their assessed needs.
  • Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents, and help to coordinate nursing care with other departments, agencies, or participants in the residents' caregiving teams.
  • Provide daily status reports to the Director of Health Services about community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies to promote communication and collaboration in resident care.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • Current valid Illinois nursing license.
  • Passion for helping people in a compassionate and empathetic way.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a care team.
  • Experience working with senior citizens preferred.
  • Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies in our community.
  Pay Range: Starting at $36.00/hr, depending on experience. 

Benefits: Part-time employees working a certain number of hours per week are eligible for some benefits options, including some health / dental / vision choices, life and disability insurance, retirement plan with matching contributions, and an employee assistance program.

Schedule: We have overnight third shifts (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) available.
