Accountabilities:

    The Sr. Director, Product Management will define and execute product strategy while leading a team responsible for delivering scalable, market-leading solutions. This role requires strong ownership of roadmap development, customer outcomes, and cross-functional execution.

    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the check intelligence product portfolio.
    • Translate customer needs, fraud trends, regulatory requirements, market opportunities, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and investment priorities.
    • Partner with engineering, data science, fraud specialists, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing product capabilities.
    • Lead roadmap planning across fraud prevention, deposit decisioning, image quality, APIs, analytics, operational tools, and customer-facing features.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop product managers while strengthening product discovery, execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and business ownership.
    • Establish and monitor product performance indicators, including fraud detection effectiveness, false positives, customer adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support teams to improve customer engagement, adoption, and go-to-market readiness.
    • Stay informed on evolving check fraud patterns, financial services trends, and emerging technologies to guide product innovation.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in financial technology, fraud prevention, SaaS platforms, or related B2B solutions. They should combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong leadership capabilities.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
      • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years leading product teams or managing product managers.
      • Proven experience owning complex B2B, SaaS, API-based, financial services, payments, banking technology, fraud prevention, or risk management products.
      • Strong understanding of check processing, mobile deposit workflows, financial institution operations, and check fraud prevention.
      • Knowledge of fraud typologies such as duplicate presentment, altered checks, counterfeit checks, forged endorsements, account takeover-related fraud, and coordinated fraud activity.
      • Experience developing fraud detection, risk scoring, decisioning, analytics, workflow, or intelligence-based products.
      • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, create roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution across technical and business teams.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, fraud performance data, customer insights, and business outcomes to guide decisions.
      • Ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
      • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
      • Technically fluent in areas such as APIs, risk models, fraud signals, image intelligence, and automated decisioning systems.
