Product Finance & Go-To-Market Product Strategy Senior Director
Leads the shared services team responsible for Product Finance and Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Strategy in support of a unified PBS Product organization. This leader establishes the operating model, governance, and cross-functional coordination needed to connect product strategy, financial performance, commercialization readiness, and market execution. Partners closely across Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and other matrix partners to ensure product priorities are financially sound, market-ready, and consistently positioned to drive growth, adoption, and earnings impact.
Essential Functions
- Define and lead the shared services strategy for Product Finance and GTM Product Strategy across a unified PBS Product organization
- Lead and develop a high-performing team; establish an operating model for intake, prioritization, service levels, governance, and capacity management
- Oversee Product Finance capabilities, including financial tracking, forecasting support, value measurement, pricing implications, and product-level performance insights
- Own GTM Product Strategy capabilities, including commercialization planning, launch readiness, sales enablement, product storytelling, and market-facing positioning
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Product and matrix partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, resolve trade-offs, and advance enterprise product objectives
- Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate product strategy into financially grounded, scalable market activation plans
- Strengthen consultant, sales, and account team alignment on product value story, differentiation, readiness, and execution needs
- Oversee GTM readiness, product launch execution, post-launch optimization, and feedback loops that inform future product and financial strategy
- Ensure delivery of sales enablement tools, training, client-facing materials, financial insights, and product performance reporting
- Establish and track KPIs across adoption, penetration, financial impact, readiness, and service delivery effectiveness; refine strategy based on insights
- Promote consistent ways of working across the Product organization by creating transparency, improving coordination, and enabling faster, better-aligned decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in product finance, go-to-market strategy, product commercialization, shared services leadership, or related strategic leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and external stakeholders such as consultants
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive audiences
- Experience developing financial, analytic, and market insights and translating them into actionable product and commercialization strategy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
